I work with people aged 16 and older. Many of my clients hide their struggles from others. Inside, they feel overwhelmed or burnt out. They come to me for support with life changes, relationships, past trauma, or self-doubt. I offer a place where you can be heard and understood.

I like to create a calm and accepting space for you. You can truly be yourself here. In our sessions, I will challenge your thoughts and offer support. I will validate your feelings and teach you new skills. If you feel alone or stuck, or need to talk things out, I am here. We can figure out what comes next together.…
