I work with adults who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, co-dependency, and addiction. I am EMDR trained and have helped people process trauma, anxiety, and addictions.

I am also certified in Mindfulness and Meditation practices, and I am an LGBTQ+ ally. I have taken an interest in Integrative Mental Health (IMH) and am working toward certification.
